Moore was frustrated by his side's response to Peterborough's goal
Tranmere Rovers manager Ronnie Moore blamed referee Phil Gibbs for his side's 1-1 draw with Peterborough at Prenton Park on Tuesday.
Rovers, who led the match through Charlie Barnett, had a second-half penalty appeal turned down and a Bas Savage goal ruled-out for handball.
"It was a stonewall penalty," Moore told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"He (Gibbs) disallows the goal, which I find astounding. He bottled it, he got all the big decisions wrong."
Former Liverpool midfielder Barnett put Rovers ahead with his first goal for the club before Craig Mackail-Smith equalised for the visitors before the break.
Moore added he was disappointed with how his side reacted following Mackail-Smith's strike.
"We started just lobbing balls and kicking it in panic," said Moore.
