Tranmere Rovers manager Ronnie Moore has criticised the role Stockport's Leon McSweeney played in defender Andy Taylor's sending-off on Tuesday night.

Taylor was dismissed for picking up two yellow cards in quick succession as the goalless draw at Edgeley Park was nearing its end.

Moore told BBC Radio Merseyside: "How many rolls did the lad do? Talk about Oscar material.

"Taylor did clip him but he's gone down to get him sent off."
