Tranmere have clinched the permanent signing of defender Andy Taylor from Blackburn for an undisclosed fee. The 21-year-old was in the second month of a loan spell at Prenton Park and was thought to be a target for Blackpool.
"He has turned down a move to the Championship to come here, which shows the level of our ambition," Rovers boss Ronnie Moore told his club's website.
"Andy is a quality left-back who attacks as well as he defends, which is rare today."
