Tranmere have completed the signing of former Burnley goalkeeper Danny Coyne, reports BBC Radio Merseyside. The 33-year-old Wales international made over 100 appearances for the club between 1992 and 1999.
Coyne said: "It's like coming home and it's nice to be back. I get on well with the manager and coaching staff and I know quite a few of the players.
"I want to do well with Tranmere and I can't wait to start playing at Prenton Park again."
