O'Hara last played when Spurs beat Chelsea in March

Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara is set for knee surgery which will rule him out of the final three games of the Premier League season.

The 22-year-old has been sidelined with the knee injury for the past two weeks and will now miss matches against Everton, Liverpool and Manchester City.

O'Hara, an England Under-21 international, has played 28 times this season scoring four goals.

The academy product signed a new deal last year that runs until 2011.
