Torquay United re-signed Wycombe Wanderers striker Chris Zebroski on loan and brought in Spurs full-back Adam Smith, BBC Radio Devon reports.
Former Plymouth youngster Zebroski, 22, who scored 19 goals in 52 appearances for the Gulls two years ago, could make the deal permanent in the new year.
Smith, 18, had a spell at Wycombe earlier this season and has been on the Spurs bench in the Uefa Cup.
The pair could face Rotherham in League Two on Saturday.
