Blue Square Bet Premier side Tamworth have signed midfielder Scott Barrow from Port Talbot Town.
The Swansea-born 21-year-old Wales Under-23 semi-pro international was named in the Welsh Premier League's team of the season for 2009/10.
Barrow, who also won the goal of the season award, has made 88 appearances for Port Talbot since joining in 2006.
The left-sided player also featured in the Steelmen's 3-2 Welsh Cup final defeat by Bangor City in May.
