Tamworth have signed midfielder Simon Russell on a month's loan from Blue Square Premier rivals York.
Russell, 24, has not played for York so far this season but could make his Tamworth debut against Salisbury City on Saturday.
The former Hull trainee moved to the KitKat Crescent in August 2008 after four years with Kidderminster Harriers.
Russell rejected loan moves to two Blue Square North clubs before agreeing to join the Lambs.
