Lucas has made 47 appearances for Swindon this season

Swindon Town goalkeeper David Lucas says he will be fit to play in the League One play-off final against Millwall at Wembley.

The 32-year-old injured his shoulder in the first minute of the semi-final second leg against Charlton and had to be substituted.

Lucas underwent an x-ray to establish the extent of the injury.

"It didn't show up any cracks or displacements, just bone bruising and general soreness." he said.

Lucas told BBC Wiltshire he was pleased with the diagnosis.

"It was music to my ears really. I've got plenty of time to get myself in tip-top condition," he said.
