Swindon Town sign Liverpool defender Stephen Darby
Darby captained Liverpool's FA Youth Cup winning side in 2006 and 2007
Swindon Town have signed Liverpool full-back Stephen Darby on-loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has played three times for Rafa Benitez's side this season including a starting debut against Fiorentina in the Champions League.
"It's always going to be tough getting games at a world-class club," Darby told BBC Wiltshire.
"So it's great to come out and get some games and hopefully make a push for the play-offs."
Darby captained the Red's 2006 and 2007 FA Youth Cup winning sides and came off the bench to make his Premiership debut in Liverpool's 2-0 win against Tottenham in January.
He trained with the Robins on Thursday morning and could go straight into the squad for Saturday's game at Brighton and Hove Albion.
