Swindon Town striker Lee Peacock has signed an 18-month deal with League Two strugglers Grimsby Town.
The 33-year-old had been limited to just six appearances for Swindon this season, all from the substitutes bench.
Peacock arrived at the County Ground four years ago from Sheffield Wednesday and scored on his debut.
A knee injury ruled him out for much of his first season but after an operation he was named PFA's Fans' Player of the Year in League Two in 2007.
He went under the knife again in March 2009 to cure a back problem but has since struggled to break back into the first team.
