Swindon boss Paul Sturrock is hoping the off-field takeover talk at the County Ground does not affect their performances on the field. Sturrock told BBC Radio Swindon: "It's been playing on people's minds.
"We had a potential takeover before for three or four months which kept us in limbo and now this one is dragging on.
"Everyone at the club has worked so hard and I would be gutted if due to the circumstances we are in all of a sudden we go tumbling down the league."
