"I have to get a rhythm to our team again," he told BBC Radio Swindon.

"We were flying against Gillingham and Bournemouth and Tranmere which were really competent performances and the way I want the game to be played.

"Then we lost our way against Port Vale and Doncaster, I'm trying to find that rhythm but it has been escaping me."
