New boss Brendan Rodgers saw Swansea triumph in a pre-season friendly at Yeovil thanks to David Cotterill's first-half strike.
Rodgers was introduced to travelling fans ahead of kick-off and five minutes into the game Cotterill skipped through two defenders before scoring.
Darren Pratley spurned two good chances while Stephen Dobbie was twice denied by home keeper Richard Martin.
Dean Bowditch headed two good chances wide for Yeovil in the first half.
Caretakers Colin Pascoe and Alan Curtis hand over control to Rodgers on Monday.
