Arsenal have given on-loan defender Justin Hoyte permission to play against them for Sunderland in next month's Carling Cup tie. The 20-year-old cannot line up against the Gunners in the Premiership during his season-long loan.
Hoyte told the Sunderland Echo: "I didn't think too much about the draw, I thought I wouldn't be allowed to play.
"But it's one I'll really look forward to and if I'm selected I'll be playing against a lot of my mates."
