Stoke manager Tony Pulis thinking of summer targets
Tony Pulis is preparing for his third season as a Premier League manager
Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has said he knows the areas of his squad that he needs to strengthen during the summer.
Pulis' side are set for their second consecutive mid-table finish in the Premier League, after winning promotion from the Championship in 2008.
He told BBC Radio Stoke: "We've got people in mind, and it's just a case of whether we can put all that together.
"We know where we have to improve, and we also know that we have to move a few people on. That's what we'll be doing."
Stoke ended their first campaign in the top flight for 23 years in 12th position and are currently 13th in the table, needing two points from their last two matches to surpass their points tally from 2008/09.
The Potters drew 0-0 with Everton at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday, in their final home match of the season.
"We were the best team on the day," said Pulis. "Rory Delap's missed the best chance of the game.
"But Rory's been great for us this season, he's very influential in the dressing room, all of the lads love him and we'll forgive him this time."
Stoke travel to Europa League finalists Fulham on Wednesday, before ending the campaign with a trip to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United next Sunday.
