Stoke City have allowed Jamaica international winger Demar Phillips to leave the club on a free transfer.
Phillips has signed a three-year contract with Norwegian side Alesund after his departure from the Potters.
The 25-year-old failed to start a single game for Stoke after joining them in August 2007.
He made four substitute appearances for the club, two in their promotion-winning season in the Championship and two in the Carling Cup this term.
