Stoke have signed Demar Phillips from Jamaican club Waterhouse for "a significant but undisclosed fee". The 23-year-old midfielder, who has 27 full caps for Jamaica, has signed a three-year contract which ties him to the Potters until 2010.
"I'm delighted we've signed an exceptionally exciting player," boss Tony Pulis told Stoke's website.
"He's a quality left-sided player with plenty of pace and one we hope to develop for the future."
