Stoke City have signed Middlesbrough defender Chris Riggott on loan until the end of the season. The 27-year-old will go straight into the squad for Sunday's match at QPR.
Riggott, who has played over 150 times for Derby County and Middlesbrough, was part of the Boro squad that reached the final of the Uefa Cup in 2006.
He will bolster the Potters' defensive line-up, with Leon Cort and Ryan Shawcross the only recognised centre-backs in their squad.
