Stockport County have signed defender Jim McNulty from neighbours Macclesfield Town. McNulty rejected the offer of a contract extension at Macclesfield and rather agreed terms with the Edgeley Park outfit.
The 22-year-old had made 40 appearances for the Silkmen after joining the club from Wrexham in August 2006.
Stockport have also signed teenager Daniel Pilkington, whose brother Anthony plays for the club.
