Scottish Premier League newcomers St Johnstone have signed goalkeeper Graeme Smith from Rangers.
Smith decided to move to McDiarmid Park in search of first-team football after two years at Ibrox.
The 26-year-old joined Rangers on a free from Kilmarnock but failed to establish himself in the first-team.
"Graeme's best years are ahead of him, I am very pleased to have brought him to Perth," manager Derek McInnes told the St Johnstone website.
"He will give us another option. He is frustrated at the lack of first-team involvement and hungry for success."
Smith becomes the fourth summer addition to manager Derek McInnes squad as he builds for the coming season.
The other players to sign deals at the Perth club are former Livingston pair Dave MacKay and Murray Davidson, as well as striker Kenny Deuchar on a free transfer after he left Hamilton Accies.
