Southend United have received international clearance for Frenchman Adam Bouzid and Tunisian Bilel Mohsni.
Centre-half Mohsni, 22, required papers from the French FA while midfielder Bouzid, also 22, was waiting for clearance from Moroccan authorities.
The English FA received the required documents on Tuesday.
Both players have been registered with the Football League and will be available to boss Paul Sturrock for Saturday's visit of Port Vale.
Meanwhile, United midfielder Stuart O'Keefe, 19, has joined Crystal Palace on a free transfer.
