Southend striker James Walker has been compared to former Blues star Freddy Eastwood and tipped to shine while he is on loan at Roots Hall from Charlton.
Blues winger Mark Gower told the club's website: "James reminds me a lot of Freddy. He comes alive when he gets the ball and ha done ever so well.
"He has the skills Freddy has, but he works a bit harder and I think he's going to be a real success for us.
"Long may it continue because we're going well at the moment."
