Shrewsbury Town boss Paul Simpson has ordered his players to draw inspiration from Grant Holt's goalscoring exploits.
Holt's winner against Bury on Sunday was his 20th goal of the season, and Simpson told BBC Radio Shropshire: "It's a fantastic achievement.
"But we've got to get other players to join him in those goalscoring feats and take a bit of the pressure off him.
"There's no point having a player who gets 20 or more goals a season if you don't get something from it."
Holt signed for Shrewsbury from Nottingham Forest for a club record 170,000 in the summer, and immediately made his mark at League Two level.
His goal haul includes five in one game, when Town beat Wycombe 7-0 in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Sunday's winner against Bury hauled Shrewsbury back into the play-off places after they had been rocked by three successive defeats.
