New Shrews boss is raring to go
Paul Simpson
Simpson will try to guide the Shrews to their first win in ten games (BBC)
New Shrewsbury Town manager Paul Simpson says he is coming to the club with an open mind and no set ideas ahead of his first game in charge.

Simpson takes the Shrews to Macclesfield on Saturday looking to win for the first time since January 19.

"I will pick the team. It's my decision. If it goes wrong I'll be the one who takes the blame," he admitted to BBC Radio Shropshire.

Shrewsbury, 16th in League Two, have gone nine games without a victory.
