Sheffield Wednesday have extended the contract of midfielder Liam Palmer to keep him at Hillsborough until 2013.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder, who was named the club's academy player of the year last season, has broken into the first-team this season.
Palmer made his Owls senior debut in the Carling Cup win over Bury in August 2010 and has featured four times as a substitute in League One this term.
The teenager has also featured for the Scotland Under-19s side.
