Sheffield Wednesday have signed Preston defender Eddie Nolan on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has made 21 appearances for North End this season, the last of which came earlier this month in the 2-0 defeat by Swansea.
Nolan, who is reunited with former Preston manager Alan Irvine at Hillsborough, will go into the Owls squad to face Ipswich on Saturday.
He joined Preston from Blackburn in January last year.
