Sheffield United could be without three players as they go into the final league game of their Championship season against Ipswich.
Darius Henderson, Stephen Quinn and Lee Williamson all face surgery ahead of the match on Sunday.
Williamson, 28, is struggling with a back complaint which has curtailed much of his involvement this season.
Striker Henderson has been suffering from a hernia problem while Quinn has an ongoing foot injury.
