Sun Jihai joined the Blades after spells at Manchester City and Crystal Palace

Sheffield United's China international Sun Jihai says he is happy at his new club but admits he is still homesick after eight years in the UK.

The 30-year-old defender, who joined the Blades this summer from Manchester City, could face QPR on Saturday.

"I'm enjoying it at United but this is not my country and not my lifestyle," he told BBC Radio Sheffield.

"I love the football here. It is my job and will give it everything but I really miss home."
