Scunthorpe United keeper Joe Murphy eyes Hull return
Murphy joined Scunthorpe from Sunderland in 2006
Scunthorpe United keeper Joe Murphy could be back from injury for Saturday's Humber derby at Hull City.
The Republic of Ireland international, 29, has missed the last two games with a groin injury.
Iron manager Ian Baraclough told BBC Radio Humberside: "He's trained lightly without any danger of doing anything to make it worse."
But Murphy faces competition from non-contract signing Tony Warner who played against Leeds and at Watford.
Baraclough said Warner did not do anything wrong despite being beaten four times in the loss against Leeds.
"I don't think he could have anything with the goals and he's probably saved us from getting beat seven or eight maybe with some of the blocks he's made," he said.
