Scunthorpe United have signed striker Kayode Odejayi on an initial one-month loan deal from struggling Championship side Barnsley.
The 27-year-old Nigeria international joined the Tykes from Cheltenham Town for £200,000 in June 2007.
Odejayi is best remembered at Oakwell for his goal against Chelsea last season in the FA Cup sixth round.
He began his career as a trainee at Bristol City but left to join Forest Green Rovers in August 2002.
