Salisbury City midfielder Stuart Anderson believes the team spirit at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium is the best he has come across in his career.
The 23-year-old joined the Blue Square Premier side in pre-season having played for Southampton, Blackpool, Ross County, Livingston and Peterhead.
"Everyone is in it together," the midfielder told BBC Wiltshire.
"There's no big-time Charlies, it's a good changing room to be involved in, just a good team spirit."
Anderson has been ever-present so far this season for the Whites, scoring two goals.
Salisbury are currently in 18th spot in the league, six points off the relegation zone.
