Salisbury came back from a goal behind to beat promotion contenders Kettering at Rockingham Road.
The Poppies took an early lead when substitute Anthony Elding powered home a penalty following a handball by Stuart Anderson.
Salisbury then levelled through a close-range Matthew Tubbs header 10 minutes before half-time.
Tubbs then turned provider for Anderson to lash home a winner for Salisbury from the edge of the penalty area.
