Salisbury's Robinson joins Totton

Matt Robinson has left Salisbury City for Southern League side AFC Totton.

Robinson lost his place in the Whites' first 11 this season after taking a job with the Police force, which meant he was unavailable for some matches.

The 34-year-old defender made more than 55 appearances for City having signed from Forest Green Rovers in 2006.

Robinson also played for Southampton, Portsmouth, Reading and Oxford United and joins Salisbury's Jonathan Davies, who is currently on loan at Totton.
