Salisbury City have received transfer requests from three players after the club slashed wages by 30 per cent to ease their financial burden.
Captain Aaron Cook, Scott Bartlett and Matt Robinson are looking to leave.
All three are part-time players and have helped the Whites in their climb up the football pyramid.
Bartlett joined in 2000, Cook swapped Bashley for Salisbury four years later, and experienced defender Robinson moved to south Wiltshire in 2006.
All members of staff at Salisbury, including management and office workers, have seen their wages reduced as the club continues to cut its costs.
