Rushden & Diamonds chairman Liam Beasant has revealed an ambitious five-year plan for the club.
Beasant took over from Gary Calder, who resigned just three months into the role, last week.
Beasant told BBC Radio Northampton: "On the pitch, we're still in contention for the play-offs and that's where we'd like to be come the end of the season.
"We're looking at bringing a supermarket, a sports centre and a swimming pool to Nene Park as well."
He added: "They will hopefully come about in next 12 to 24 months."
We're here for the long haul, we've got a five-year plan

First-time chairman Liam Beasant owns PB Devs, a business which specialises in providing National Vocational Qualifications for people looking to work in the sports and leisure industry, and which is now based out of Nene Park.
"We're here for the long haul, we've got a five-year plan," said Beasant.
"The NVQ company should do really well in this area and Justin Edinburgh's playing budget should resemble that.
"We're massively behind Justin, and he's fully behind what we're doing as well."
