Manager Justin Edinburgh says Rushden and Diamonds will be confident of causing an upset no matter who they meet in round two of the FA Cup.

Diamonds will meet either Wycombe or Brighton, both struggling in League One, after beating Hinckley 3-1 in the first round on Saturday.

Edinburgh told BBC Radio Northampton: "Neither side will have confidence, because of their league positions.

"There are upsets in every round so we'll hope to go and cause one."

Striker Aaron O'Connor scored twice in the win against Hinckley, taking his tally to four goals in Diamonds' last four matches.

"He's getting the reward for his hard work and contribution to the team," added Edinburgh.

"We've got good strikers at the club, all chipping in with crucial goals."
