Rochdale have agreed to sign striker Anthony Elding from Hungarian first division side Ferencvaros.
The former Stockport, Crewe and Leeds striker has signed a two-year deal, subject to international clearance.
Elding has been considering returning to England ever since Ferencvaros sacked manager Craig Short, who had signed him in January.
The 28-year-old scored six goals in his first seven games working with Short, who is now Notts County manager.
