Rochdale manager Keith Hill has been awarded the League Two manager of the month award for January. Hill's side secured five wins from six league games including a home win over high-flying Darlington.
Dale are unbeaten away from home since the opening day of the season and have left Hill's side among the play-off places in League Two.
Hill beat fellow bosses Dave Penney of Darlington, Alan Buckley of Grimsby and Stockport's Jim Gannon to the award.
