Rochdale boss Steve Parkin has replaced top scorer Grant Holt by signing Tranmere striker Chris Dagnall. Rovers report that 19-year-old Dagnall has moved to Spotland for an initial fee of 25,000.
"I'm genuinely excited by his arrival," Parkin told his club's website. "He is a good young striker who will bring a different dimension to our play."
Parkin swooped for long-time target Dagnall after selling Holt to Nottingham Forest for 300,000.
