Rangers prepared for next week's crucial Champions League qualifier against FBK Kaunas with a tame 1-0 win over Clyde at Broadwood.
The main highlight was the return of goalkeeper Allan McGregor, who made his first appearance since suffering an ankle injury in April.
Nacho Novo deflected in a fierce shot from Charlie Adam on 79 minutes.
Former Rangers heroes Brian Laudrup, Jorg Albertz and Arthur Numan turned out for Clyde as guest players.
McGregor played for 90 minutes and will be challenging fellow Scotland international Neil Alexander for the number one jersey when Kaunas visit Ibrox on 30 July.
"We are in a very fortunate position that we've got two goalkeepers that I like a lot," said assistant manager Ally McCoist. "McGregor kept a clean sheet and that was great."
Earlier in the day, new signing Andrius Velicka helped himself to his first Rangers goal in a 3-1 victory over Morton behind closed doors at Murray Park.
The former Hearts striker fired home in the closing stages of the second half to put the seal on a comfortable win.
Adam set Rangers on their way with a powerful strike after 12 minutes and Daniel Cousin grabbed the second from close range.
Between those goals came a headed equaliser from Morton's Brian Wake.
New recruit Kyle Lafferty, who had been tipped to miss the Kaunas clash, has recovered from a back injury and played the final half hour.
"I can see steady improvement in the lads' fitness in that last three or four games and, by next week, I'm sure we will be fine," added McCoist.
"These pre-season games are all about preparation for the first game and the performances are secondary to the preparation."
