Rangers have said goalkeeper Allan McGregor should be fit for the start of next season after describing his knee operation as a success.
The club say the problem was detected while the keeper received treatment for the ankle injury that has kept him sidelined since 16 April.
McGregor will continue to receive treatment on his ankle injury during the close season.
Neil Alexander, who signed from Ipswich in January, deputised for McGregor.
