Queen's Park head coach Billy Stark has signed a three-year contract extension - ending speculation linking him with Partick Thistle. Stark led the Spiders to Division Two after defeating East Fife in this season's promotion play-off final.
The club said: "The news is a massive boost for Queen's, particularly as other clubs had expressed an interest in Billy's services."
Stark said the Spiders' promotion was the highlight of his career.
A statement on the club website read: "The boss's first task now will be to secure the signatures of as many of the promotion heroes as possible, and more news on that will follow."
Partick Thistle have put the recruitment of a new team manager on hold while they speak to potential investors in the Division One club.
Caretaker boss Jimmy Bone has been in charge since Dick Campbell was sacked in March after a run of poor results.
