Rangers left-back Steven Kinniburgh has joined Queen of the South on loan but has had to wait at least another week to make his debut.
Kinniburgh joined the Dumfries outfit in time to sit on the bench during Saturday's 0-0 draw away to Division One leaders St Johnstone.
The 19-year-old graduate of the Ibrox youth system is due to remain at Palmerston for two months.
He replaces defender Craig Sives, whose loan spell from Hearts has ended.
Midfielder Jamie Adams and goalkeeper Cammy Bell will return to Kilmarnock in January at the end of their loan spells.
