First Division leaders St Johnstone were held at home by Queen of the South in the only Scottish Football League game to survive the cold weather.
Derek Holmes blasted over early on for the home side before Stewart Kean headed wide from a Queens corner.
The home side controlled much of the play in the second half.
Steven Milne, Chris Miller and Jody Morris went close before Saints keeper Alan Main denied David Weatherston when he was clean through on goal.
