QPR have confirmed they have formally completed the permanent signing of winger Lee Cook from Fulham.
Cook left Loftus Road to join Fulham in 2007 but was plagued by a knee problem and never made a first-team appearance for the Cottagers.
He returned to Rangers in the summer on an initial loan deal with a view to sealing a permanent transfer once he had proved his long-term fitness.
And Cook, 26, has now signed a three-and-a-half-year contract.
"I feel as though I'm getting back to my best and I can't wait for the second half of the season," Cook told QPR's website.
