Queens Park Rangers have confirmed the departure of Australian midfielder Nicky Ward. Ward has had his contract terminated by mutual consent having failed to make an impact since his move from Perth Glory in July 2006.
The 22-year-old was recently told he had no future at the west London club along with defenders Danny Cullip, Zesh Rehman and John Curtis.
Cullip, 29, left Loftus Road two weeks ago and is now a free agent.
