 Redknapp set to miss out on Taylor |
Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is not expecting Charlton midfielder Jerome Thomas to become a Pompey player. Redknapp wanted to take the 24-year-old on loan, but the Addicks would prefer to sell the winger.
He told BBC Radio Solent: "I tried to take him on loan. He is young and talented and I would have had a look at him."
"I don't think Alan Pardew [Charlton boss] wants to let him go. They might sell him but not loan him."
Thomas has made 22 appearances for Charlton this season but is yet to score.
