Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp was furious with referee Uriah Rennie's decision to award Tottenham a penalty in his side's 3-1 defeat. Rennie gave Spurs the spot-kick at 1-1 after adjudging Gary O'Neil had blocked Andy Reid's free-kick with his arm.
"Gary swears he did not raise the arm," said Redknapp after his first game back at the Pompey helm. "It was scandalous.
"You would see a penalty given for that once in a hundred times but it makes my job to keep Pompey up even harder."
He added: "The referee has made three bad decisions and cost us a point here.

"First he gave a free-kick against us at the other end of the pitch and when Spurs broke on us he gave a soft free-kick from which the ball struck Gary's arm."
The loss leaves Portsmouth languishing second-from-bottom of the Premiership and Redknapp now insists his side need to pick up points from their next two games against West Brom and West Ham.
He added: "It was always going to be hard, the way things were going but if the players show the same spirit and effort they will do well for me.
"They were fantastic. They worked their socks off and they have got to keep doing that because it is a long time to January when we can sign more players.
"I've just come here to keep the team up. They are what I inherited and it is hard when you have 10 points from 16 games but we will give it our best shot.
"Things look harder now but if everyone pulls together we can make some points in the next two home games against West Brom and West Ham."
