Sinnott vows to shuffle Vale pack
Lee Sinnott
Vale have picked up just 10 points since Sinnott took over in November
Port Vale manager Lee Sinnott says he will need to make changes to his squad even if they manage to avoid relegation to League Two.

Sinnott told BBC Radio Stoke: "The squad will change and I will get the players in that I want.

"I will bring in players that I think can do the job, not just for a couple of games but who are able to be successful over a whole season."

Vale have won just three games since Sinnott took charge in November.

The Valiants' latest defeat came against Millwall on Saturday as goals from Lewis Grabban, David Martin and Marc Laird condemned them to a 3-0 defeat at the New Den.

However, Sinnott says that he does not expect his players to throw in the towel in their fight against relegation

"The reaction of the players after a defeat is always very good and it has to be the same again," he added.

"It is still not mathematically impossible for us to get out of the position that we're in, but we cannot afford any off days."
